Our square drains come in two sizes, each with its own set of compatible installation methods to accommodate various project requirements:

For 4” Square Drains:

Traditional Waterproofing Method:
Use a clamp-down drain base designed to pair with our square drains for a secure installation. Suitable for traditional PVC or CPE liner and mortar bed installations, this method is a reliable choice for classic waterproofing approaches.

Modern Waterproofing Solution with the QM Waterproofing Kit:
This method is exclusive to our 4” drains, featuring our QM Waterproofing Kit, which includes:
The QM Bonded Flange for a watertight connection.
32 sq. ft of Superdry Waterproofing Membrane for superior moisture protection.
QM Sealant for securing all seams against leaks.
Opt for this modern waterproofing solution for an efficient and robust system designed to meet contemporary construction standards.

Shower Pans or Shower Trays for a Hassle-Free Installation:
Another option exclusive to 4” drains, our QM Shower Pan simplifies installation by eliminating the need for a traditional mortar bed and complex waterproofing steps. This all-in-one kit is ideal for quick and straightforward installations, offering convenience without sacrificing quality.

For 5 3/4"" Square Drains:

Traditional Waterproofing Method:
The 5 3/4"" square drains are designed for installation using the traditional waterproofing method with a clamp-down drain base. This classic approach involves a PVC or CPE liner and a pre-sloped mortar bed, providing a tried-and-true solution for reliable waterproofing.
Note that the modern waterproofing kit and shower pan options are not available for the 5 3/4"" size, making the traditional method the go-to choice for these larger drains.
